This born in 2010 launched a new bike, one gear mountain bike. Volta born to Montserrat mountain bike "THE PORTALS" . LATACA sports club, based entity Collbató and member of the Catalan Cycling Federation will organize for the day April 11, 2010 the first edition of the Tour of Montserrat mountain bike "THE PORTALS.
THE PORTALS is a place open to all, will travel 53.200 kilometers and give back to the mountain of Montserrat, across the four gateways to the mountain of Montserrat: Collbató, The Bruc, Marganell and Monistrol Montserrat.
The first edition of "THE PORTALS" devoted tribute to Josep Lluís Laguía, who was the King of the Mountain in 5 editions of the Tour of Spain and international races in the 80's and early 90's, Champion of Spain to fund highway, etc.
Anyone ride a bike often (2 or 3 times a month) may make the Portals smoothly.
The Portals is not a race, a cyclist on mountain bike up and qualifying non-scoring.
All those who register and pass through the arch of arrival will receive the official jersey of the Portals and bag gift.
The entry fee is 19 € for cyclists cycling federation license. All participants who are not cycling federation must pay the day to be sure an extra 5 €. One euro of each registration will go to The Portals FEDER (English Federation for Rare Diseases).
The registration fee is 3 Refreshments, gift bag, jersey of The Portals, sausage with tomato bread and a drink.
The former broker Perico Delgado large part in the first edition of the Tour of Montserrat mountain bike "THE PORTALS. I do also participate Melcior Mauri, Roberto Heras, Miguel Angel Iglesias, Angel Edo, Israel Núñez, Juan Martínez Oliver and Francis Cabello.
