" The organization of this important event with little time for preparation will require a high level of effort the Figure Skating Federation of Russia, the ISU has assured full cooperation in areas such as easy access entry visa and security.
The preparation for updating all relevant details (calendar, notices, confirmations of entry, etc) have already begun and the ISU dera as soon as possible the necessary information. "
In these extraordinary circumstances the ISU requests full cooperation and understanding of the skating community and all entities involved in this event.
Finally, the ISU is convinced that the Japanese delegation that came to Moscow deserves and will receive special attention and respect.
